I'm still waiting on a prescription. They say they'll get back to you within 2 hours. It's been 9 hours. I have asked for a cancelation after 7 hours. They refuse to acknowledge that i'm asking for a refund. They will not refund my money. I do not have a prescription and I'm really not happy. I went to another company. I had a script at the pharmacy with in 30 minutes of paying them talking to a doctor getting a doctor's note. This company should not be in business.

I paid for a prescription refill 5 days ago and have been in contact with them over chat text and their website. They have been very rude and basically made me send pictures 3 separate times of my bottle that they refilled a month ago which I provided but then was told to be patient. I think they lied about their service and plan on keeping my payment. Don't waste your money on this site!

Terrible. I requested medical help on December 27th @ 8:45a. Their site shared that it typically took 2 hours to connect me with a provider and fill my prescription, however due to short staffing it could take 4-6 hours. No problem! I waited about 4.5 hours with no communication, and reached out via their website chat around 1:15p to check on my status. It was shared my file was with a provider, and that that was great news because I should be receiving a response soon. Cool, thanks for the help John! I continued to wait with no word, and at 3p, I tried to give them a call. My symptoms were worsening, and my pharmacy was going to close soon. Their number on their website directs you to text them at another number. This concerned me, so I started to poke around their website and found their refund policy, which stated that if I requested a refund before my prescription was sent, they would gladly oblige. With symptoms worsening by the minute, concern about my ability to connect with a live person, and a fantastic previous experience with CallOnDoc, I texted the number I was told to on their call line requesting a refund. I was replied to with the same canned response previously sent on chat, my file was with a provider, that’s awesome, you’ll hear from us soon. I shared that that was the same reply id received hours earlier, at this point I need medical care, please go ahead and submit a refund. They replied with a request for my patience, sharing they were overworked and understaffed. I sent a screenshot of their refund policy straight off of their website, and again, requested this to be processed and inquired about when I could receive it. From there, crickets/silence for FIVE DAYS…until today. The day they finally sent my prescription…that I no longer need due to how quick and wonderful CallOnDoc is! I reached out once again via text and email too, sharing I’d requested a refund 5 days prior, sending time stamped screen shots of our back and forth communication. I was met with, sorry, your prescription was sent and as per company policy, once it’s sent, no refund. The issue here aside from their total lack of timeliness, which is scary when they “practice medicine” as time is of the essence in this field, is that I requested this refund FIVE DAYS before the prescription was sent. That’s BEFORE right? The screen shot they even sent showing proof of send shows that they didn’t send it until 12.31. Such a disappointment. I get in business things do not run as designed, however if you have a policy in writing that is shared with the world, it should be honored with your customers. I would never ever recommend TheCareMD as I received zero caring at all. I am fully convinced this company is a scam looking to just grab your consultation fee. If you are in need of telehealth - CallOnDoc is 100% the way to go. The CareMD has all the makings of a scam.

I was needing a prescription for an infection in my mouth, until I could get into a dentist, I found a dentist that would take me same day. So I tried to cancel the consultation and get a refund before the prescription was filed, I gave them 2 hours I wanted a refund and they kept ignoring me. Awful site, unreliable untrustworthy and awful. Don't use them. Huge scam.

The app was very easy to use and understand. They helped me get the treatment I needed and in a quick amount time. I've used this app 3 times now and every time went just as smooth as the first. I definitely recommend this app for anyone needing certain medical treatment quick and very inexpensive.
