I completed my visit the day before. Was unable to get my prescription until after lunchtime the following day. Only complaint I have. Everything else was smooth.

The last time I received enough for 90 days. This time I only got enough for 30 days. I’m not to happy especially when I have to pay $40 for consultation.

Took 13 hours to receive prescription for a dental infection… I would use the care md again but with the expectation of next day response

The wrong script was called in - even after me providing a picture of the script and medicine vial

Everything was quick and easy although I am Still waiting for a response in regards to the medicine and diagnosis I was given which is pretty important .

I appreciate the price compared to other teledocs, however, I'm guessing the doctors were not aware of Oklahoma laws. When my husband went to pickup my prescription at the pharmacy, they would not let him take it because it was signed by a practitioner and not a doctor. Oklahoma requires a doctor's signature if it is across state boarders. The pharmacist kept calling, I called, and my husband did too but we couldn't get anyone to answer. I was able to communicate through emails and in a timely manner. Unfortunately I wasn't able to pickup my prescription until the next day due to my pharmacy closing. I could have had my medicine so much sooner if they had a doctor sign it initially. I will definitely give The CareMD another try if needed but hopefully next time they will have the doctor sign it!!

Advertisement is for same day scrips. Took about 24 hours. That’s fine but maybe change advertising so it is not misleading. Dr also copied DOB wrong so I had to follow up to get scrip sent. Required more effort than advertised.

placed order at 3pm and 10pm tried to get a refund. First told I wasnt in the system, then told that they would send me to a different team and I wouldnt get any confirmation that a refund was coming
