Ordered a prescription, which wouldn't make it to the pharmacy on time, because they were "backlogged". I tried to cancel and kept getting the same message "were sorry, thank you for your patience". Then they sent the prescription the next day, too late! I filed a BBB complaint, they respond and say they are going to refund, only to recant a month later, and state that since they sent the prescription, they won't issue the refund. This is a rip off! They should be ashamed of themselves and need to be reported!

Easy and convenient

placed order at 3pm and 10pm tried to get a refund. First told I wasnt in the system, then told that they would send me to a different team and I wouldnt get any confirmation that a refund was coming

I have used care md 3 times, this time my 12 noon consult did not send the prescription over until I emailed (chat dies not respond) I felt if there was a delay there should have been communication,it was only when I asked for a refund the prescription was sent in, but by then the pharmacy I indicated closed before it could be picked up. I got the antibiotics the next day. Today, I asked for a 2-3 day refill on it as I feel the tooth infection is healing but I only have one more day..they said I needed to pay another $40 consult, which would of course be the exact same answers instead of simply calling in a couple more days on the generic antibiotic which costs them NOTHING to dial a phone or email the pharmacy. They said "thank you for your patience and understanding"

Absolutely terrible service. Read their reviews. Never received my prescription. It's now 12 hours later and the weekend. I have to go to er now.

Hope you are not in pain, 10 hours later still nothing. Not happy at all!

Well my review is a lot like ALL the others…the good and the bad. The Good… I eventually got my RX, the process was very simple to complete, the RX is appropriate for the symptom. The Bad… It took 34 hrs for the RX to be sent in to Pharmacy. No communication from the initial input till about 30 mins before the script was called in, at which I instigated. Immediately thereafter they sent in the script. Coincidence…hmmm🤔. I think they really should keep there words “ same day service” or at least communicate a delay. It is a little unnerving having thoughts of Scam or Fraud…..or maybe I should have been more patient.

If I could give lower I would ordered something for mouth pain and 14 hours no medication I will never deal with this company again sad and sorry
