I’m completely satisfied with the services I received.I got the help I needed after answering a few shorts questions and my prescriptions were filled in a timely manner!!.

Refused to give refund after I canceled my consultation before prescription was written. Refused to answer phone, web chat, or text number. Just quit responding.

Wrong form of prescription sent even though specified liquid form,tablet form sent to pharmacy. Doctor's note came almost 12 hours later as well as correct medicine after pharmacy was closed

I went through the chat asking the Dr. to add steroids to the order to promote faster recovery and got only one response via the chat and no response or update after that. I won’t be using your service again.

If I could give this company a 0 I would! This has been the worst experience I have ever had. What was supposed to be 2 hours now it has been 7 hours and still no prescription. I sent 3 chats and no reply. I called the phone number and a recording said to text. I text and they ask for your personal information. When I put the prescription request in it said I would be able to get a refund if I requested before the prescription was called in. I text requesting and no reply. I would not ever ever, ever refer this place or use it ever again! Such a scam!

This company is a scam . I will be disputing the charge with my bank tomorrow . Any positive reviews are fake .

These people are frauds do not use them!! After 3 weeks still haven't received a refund no medication I found out they were frauds within the first 48 hours when I didn't receive any meds and their support service was operated by unprofessional illiterate bots that have no interest or care for you or your problems .. .it's now been weeks and I haven't received my refund. These people are thieves and trust me I will be pursuing these weirdos in court.
