This place is terrible put me circles.first you fill out everything,send a picture of the problem,which was ringworm breakout,they tell you a doctor will call in a hour,well that's crap never got a call in 4 hours you haft to deal with people in the office who tell you different story's,then the medical team says it's not ring worm which it is but still they won't let you talk to the doctor or supervisor,what a scam

I am on my 2nd year of using telmd.com This is such a peace of mind knowing if I don't feel well when we are travelling we can get our regular medicines for long stays. I have had to use antibiotics, topicals, pink eye. This is great for Dual Citizens or snow birds that also have emergency care. I do not worry about getting sick while away. It was less than 200.00 for an entire year and well worth it. They have always got me in touch with dr same day from the comfort of home and then just go pick up from CVS or Walgreens. I have never had a problem. Medicines have not been too pricey and can get generic brands.

Horrible experience. They want payment upfront and never heard from anyone. I called three times, first after two and a half hours of waiting (they claim they will connect in under two hours), then after four hours, then the next morning. All same story that my file was still pending. One representative said they were based out of New York (lied), the next one said the Philippines. Huge scam.

I signed up to use this service due to strep throat during a lapse in insurance coverage. I advised that usually antibiotic and steroid is effective as I’m sensitive to step and was only prescribed an antibiotic. When my symptoms did not improve (turned into a sinus infection) after 3 days of the antibiotic they prescribed, I reached out again. I upgraded my account to the membership so I could get a second appointment and then couldn’t log in to schedule an appointment. Their text message service was no help and I had to call technical support. They said I couldn’t have another appointment until the 10 days of antibiotics were complete or a refund for the upgraded membership. Finally she agreed to consult with a qualified healthcare provider about changing my prescription and said she’d call me back. After 4 hours of no call back I called again and they said the same thing and that I’d have to go somewhere else for care. The second person did refund me the additional amount for the membership but now I’m still sick, out $80 for the first appointment and still have to find another provider to get a prescription that will actually help.

I am on vacation and have bronchitis. My own doctor could not see me because she is in another state. I used this service, but never talked to a doctor. A medical assistant called me and said an antibiotic would be called in. They called in a nasal spray that I can get over the counter that specifically says NOT to use for symptoms of a cold, which I had. I have messaged and requested help, but NO response. This is scary medicine. Someone could get very sick from this lack of treatment.

Got the prescription but it took 2 days to arrive and also 3 calls and each time told it would be ready in a n hour

Total scam. It advertises see a Doctor in 2 mins. After you pay the email says 2 hours. I called customer support and she said a Doctor is working on my case but their are 100 patients before me. Something told me it was a scam. I will have my bank reverse the charges on Monday. BUYERS BEWARE!
