This telemedfirst is a SCAM! I paid 187 dollars to use their prescription services for high blood pressure, and because they ASSUMED my BP was too high, they just blew off my scrip and didn't contact me to clarify my reading. I told them my BP has been a high as x, they took that a current reading and blew me off without even asking when the last time it was I had it checked. Glad it wasn't a more emergent situation. DON'T use these quacks! You'll thank me later!

After waiting 9 and 1/2 hours and after three phone calls I never talked to a doctor. And after all that time then I was told that they don't do phone consultations usually and there is an extra charge for that yet they couldn't tell me how much the extra charge was. This is the most unprofessional organization I have dealt with in a long time. Don't give them their money not unless you just want a quick script sent to your Pharmacy. If you have an actual medical problem that needs to be discussed in person with a doctor, good luck.

I submitted payment and explained my issue with a flare of psoriatic arthritis. I explained that I needed a pulse of steroids for a few days to get it back under control. That was roughly 6 PM. I did not hear from them until 6:55 PM and that was a text asking me when I took steroids last, which was May and it is now October. Fast forward to 8:53 PM. I had heard nothing from them so I called their 888 line. The representative answered and said that there wasn’t a doctor immediately available in our state. They were looking for one. Are you kidding me? 10:04 PM I get a text from a different number asking for pictures of my swollen inflamed joints, and did I still want steroids? Again, are you kidding me? I was in a lot of pain, and all the urgent cares in the area here are closed by 6pm. Did I want steroids? No, by now, over 3 hours later, I wanted a refund. I may as well go to urgent care first thing tomorrow morning on a Sunday and get some decent treatment compared to these jokers who hide behind texts, and don’t have a decency to call. Customer service line is every bit as bad. I wouldn’t do business with these people again. Ever.

The pharmacy does not have any prescriptions for me

Bella who answers all customer service calls and claims that she has no supervisor, no doubt has cost this telemedfirst company countless clientele. It is apparent that she has no customer relations experience and/or does not value the company she represents. She repeatedly talked over me, every time she would ask me a question and heard the first syllable of my response she would repeat herself over my answer. This occures 3xs with every response attempted. She appears to be so bored and jaded with her line of work that she entertains herself woth inappropriate behavior and responds to clients in a very unprofessional way.. it is as though she is actually working against the success of her employer. A shame given that it would have stayed 5 stars that I gave before talking to Bella.

Calls are routed to call center. You do not speak to a medical professional. Doctor, RN,LVN, nothing just a phone operator

If u need a important prescription do not use them it says 90 minutes that's not so I didn't virtual for my a refill of my husband's blood pressure meds a day ago and they got tired of me calling so I kept getting hung up on but don't say 90 mins I was patient I waited 5 hrs then the pharmacy was about to close so I called again and actually reached someone about 6 pm they said it's being transmitted called the pharmacy at 7 pm no prescription recieved. Called Telmd again at 8 pm it's being transmitted called the pharmacy at 8: 30 no prescription. My husband drives trucks and if it wasn't for the pharmacy doing a loan of meds for 3 days he would be out. Day two still haven't received it. Contacting my bank after this review to dispute it. The experience of that is a NEVER AGAIN. If your meds are of importance do not use them you will not receive them. And their only excuse was "Oh we have high volume of customers today", "Oh it's waiting for approval", "Oh it's in transition to pharmacy", They gave me high blood pressure dealing with them. I would give 0 stars if I couldn't it you take the payment quickly naah getting my $79.85 back.

I describe my medical problem on check list. Then I paid! With card info. when it asked for pictures the website timed out or kicked me out. Tried to log in again put in personal info and was charged 79.95 again wtf charged twice and have Evan talked to doctor. Called help line 888-851-5333 walked me through on phone# and said prescription will be ready at cvs in 40min of my choice but then I got email saying to enter payment info after they took money from my bank account twice!! Asking for more $ and pictures total scam beware!!!
