The website said a monthly plan (30-days) would be $29.95. Satisfaction Guaranteed. I was suffering from a UTI and didn't want to wait to go to my PCP, so I signed up and saw a provider. Was prescribed a round of Macrobid for a week. That didn't help. I called back; it took awhile to get through. They then prescribed a round of Cipro. That didn't work. I ended up with interstitial cystitis because my UTI had gotten so bad because I was treated with the wrong antibiotics! All of my providers were surprised at the antibiotics selected for my treatment by the TelMDFirst providers. I sent a note to them, asking for a refund, and no one ever got back in touch with me. Then the following month, I got charged again for $29.95. I called them & they said there's a 3 month minimum, which was absolutely NOT advertised when I enrolled. I told them I was not satisfied with my care. They said I couldn't get my money back. Just another subscription SCAM!! Stay away from these CROOKS!!

I got one call and that was it. They made ending the services really hard. Not only do you have to cancel on the website, but you have to call.

If I could give telmdfirst.com a 0, I would. While on vacation, my husband got an infection and needed an antibiotic. Signed up to use this site stating he needed an antibiotic and they send an email stating they could not help him and charged us almost $80. They never even called or talked to him. Total waste of money! Just go to an urgent care.

I’m an Australian currently travelling through the US on holiday. I developed an infection that required antibiotic treatment and after several unsuccessful attempts to see a Dr, I found TelMD via a Google search. Within 2 hours I’d had an online consultation and my prescription had been sent to a pharmacy near our hotel. TelMD has been a lifesaver for me!!

Do not use this company. They said it would be $29 which I paid I got the medication three months later I look at my statements and they have taken out money every month without my permission.!!!! Nobody speaks English. She would not even talk about getting a refund.!!! Why would I need to pay monthly for something you need to do one time online? It’s a scam.! On top of that, they called in the medication again after I had already picked it up don’t give them your credit card or banking information

I would give telmdfirst ZERO stars if I could!!! Absolute worst Telemed website I’ve ever used!! They charged my cc $80 & I never spoke with a Dr nor received medication as I requested. On top of that I reached out requesting a refund and still 🦗🦗 I am beyond livid!!!!! TAKE NOTE:: Callondoc.com gets all my ✨ they had me taken care of within 1hr including a Dr note for work

Not a place to Trust. First you fill out an online questionnaire. Telling them your issues and giving the details they need in order to "best help you". You never talk to a doctor. Only heavily accented people that don't understand what you say. They ask all the same questions, as if what you already wrote on the questionnaire never existed. Then someone will text you to let you know that your prescription is ready. But the medication they prescribed is not what you had talked about. When you text backing and ask about the other medications. You are told "you don't need that" then you are ghosted. I'm not sure about all of them, but the people I had to deal with, were nice polite and seemed very helpful. Then what you get after the call is totally opposite of what you expect. It is cheaper than going to a doctors office, but definitely not worth the aggravation. I got the yearly deal for the household, but could have gone to the doctor for the same price. I will never use it again.

One week from today I spoke with a provider and had a prescription sent to my local pharmacy, four phone calls later and one week later I still don’t have my prescription because they had left information off the script and just keep telling me to transfer to another pharmacy where I will have the same problem. This site is a rip off!!
