They lie. That's all they do. I paid $80 for urgent care, and they called to ask for a picture of the prescription and the name of the pharmacy. We gave the pharmacy name and said they close in 70 minutes, and they would have to call now. They said they would and then they would call us back. They did not call the pharmacy, and they did not call us back. They said that they finally got around to calling, but the pharmacy was closed. They said the first thing this morning they would call the pharmacy. They did not call the pharmacy. They did not answer the online chat. I called them and they said 'we're waiting for you to tell us the name of your pharmacy', and they lied again. They didn't call them. They said they'd call me back, and they lied again. I call the pharmacy, and the pharmacy called telmdfirst, but there's still nothing 24 hours later. There's no urgent care visit, there's no appointment, there's no doctor, there's no medication, and there's a liar and thief there at telmdfirst.
