I needed an ongoing prescription/ refill for my antidepressant Paxil. I was unemployed and in- between insurance coverage, and very worried about going off Paxil, as stopping it suddenly is associated with severe side effects like suicidal ideation, severe depression and sleep disturbances. I was able to give their MA a photo of my most recent prescription bottle, and I was interviewed by a medical assistant about the symptoms of my condition. Within 2 hours, I had a new prescription phoned in to my local pharmacy. I picked up the Rx the next day. A one-time consultation cost e $80. The prescription that was written included multiple refills. This gives me much peace of mind that I won't run out of essential medication. It is not a substitute for primary care, but it is a good bridge to get you through until you can access primary care. Would recommend!

Don’t use them. They claim they will call back in an hour. They just take your money and run. I waited 30 hours, and called them. They said they didn’t want to fill my prescription. It was a very easy and simple one. I’m going to a very high altitude and wanted a med for altitude sickness. What if I’d been really sick?? Just don’t ever call them. Period.

I was charged $80 for a consultation only never to receive a call back from a doctor. Phoned that evening and was told someone would phone me the following day (despite the promise of a 2-hour turnaround) and never heard from anyone the following. Followed up to no avail. Eventually had to go to a walk-in urgent care. This company charged my card and never delivered a service. They are fraudsters! Use with caution.

The process of getting the medicine needed was fine. However, once the prescription was sent to the retailer it was a complete disaster. The pharmacy said that they needed confirmation of the med from the prescribing doctor, this was never done. I sent TELMDFIRST several emails and called them but nobody ever contacted the pharmacy. $80 down the drain for nothing. I suggest you find a different option.

Started great, but they had me paying monthly when I wanted yearly, took 7 months to get it cancelled and they wouldn't help me at all switching it from monthly to yearly without it being a huge hassle. I don't recommend them.

They told me I would receive a call within two hours. I paid 79.95. I called them after 5 hours and some lady who did not speak English well told me that I need to send them pictures of my medication bottles. I asked why no one contacted me and let me know that I need to send pictures of my medication bottles. They did not call me- I called them. The lady would not let me speak but kept talking over me. She said they would contact the Pharmacy and give me a call. She tried to make it sound like it was my fault for not sending the medication bottles pictures. This is a scam. I wish I had read the reviews better

They advertise a callback and a virtual visit with a doctor or prescriber within 60 minutes. After two hours I called they said I’m in the que give it just a little more time. I waited another hour and called. They said They’re almost done with you. Don’t worry. I waited another hour and called. This time the girl that talked to me said there were many in front of me and she wasn’t able to tell me how long it would take and there is no way she could advance me sooner. Because I gave them 5 hours of time, I couldn’t get to the urgent care facility before they closed and I couldn’t get the prescription before my pharmacy closed. Then someone the next day texted me to make sure my visit went great. Ugh! It just shows there systems and business practices are shotty. It ruined my day. If I could give a zero I would.

Scam. Waited 5 hours, 20 phone calls, lies that I was in the front of the line. I still got nothing. Terrible
