I have needed a prescription for a chronic illness..3 times now..each time Telmedfirst was quick to respond and after some med questions about my symptoms..they were quick to call in my script... Saving me driving time and several hours at an emergency room or urgent care.

I'm unable to drive due to a medical condition and asking friends or family/paying Uber gets really old. I do not live in a city with public transportation unfortunately. Tele health was my only option at the time and I've only done it one other time when I had insurance. I'm self pay now and I can tell you this is your best option, I'm considering their annual plan now because it's actually affordable and perfect for non driving people. Their service was fast and I had my medicine within a few hours.

This telemedfirst is a SCAM! I paid 187 dollars to use their prescription services for high blood pressure, and because they ASSUMED my BP was too high, they just blew off my scrip and didn't contact me to clarify my reading. I told them my BP has been a high as x, they took that a current reading and blew me off without even asking when the last time it was I had it checked. Glad it wasn't a more emergent situation. DON'T use these quacks! You'll thank me later!

We decided to give telmedfirst.com a try. It was very easy to sign up. The people we spoke to were very nice and did everything quickly. Our prescriptions were sent to our phamacy within 1-2 days, after they checked all our medical history.

After waiting 9 and 1/2 hours and after three phone calls I never talked to a doctor. And after all that time then I was told that they don't do phone consultations usually and there is an extra charge for that yet they couldn't tell me how much the extra charge was. This is the most unprofessional organization I have dealt with in a long time. Don't give them their money not unless you just want a quick script sent to your Pharmacy. If you have an actual medical problem that needs to be discussed in person with a doctor, good luck.

Horrible customer service. It can take anywhere from an hour to a couple of days to get your prescriptions you just never know. But the representatives that deal with you over the phone are rude and professional and they don't really care what you think because they will not connect you to a supervisor if anything goes wrong or if you want to refund you are going to get the biggest run around of your life. It probably will be to the point that to get out of it you're going to have to contact your bank. I've used it many times and I can honestly tell you sometimes it works out other times it's horrible but at this point I'm looking for something different because there are more bad incidents than positive ones.
