Horrible customer service. It can take anywhere from an hour to a couple of days to get your prescriptions you just never know. But the representatives that deal with you over the phone are rude and professional and they don't really care what you think because they will not connect you to a supervisor if anything goes wrong or if you want to refund you are going to get the biggest run around of your life. It probably will be to the point that to get out of it you're going to have to contact your bank. I've used it many times and I can honestly tell you sometimes it works out other times it's horrible but at this point I'm looking for something different because there are more bad incidents than positive ones.

AI cannot take the place of doctors! Would use again only if I had no alternative.

The initial visit was straightforward. Fill out form. Pay $79.95. Got prescription quickly. However, several days later I needed a refill and was told I would have to pay another $79.95 just to get a refill. IMO that is excessively expensive and exhorbitant.

I liked the quick reply. And fast prescription. However I was sent a sulfa drug. Of which I stated in my application that I am allergic to. Now my eye is worse than yesterday. In addition my left eye is now infected. I have pics. But no option here to add them. So I think overall was a bad experience

Now 5 hours and waiting. Dr never called as requested. Texts went to spam. When I realized this I responded. They claim to be having a busy day. Claims about 15 minute response doesn't appear be the case at all. After over 5 hours I finally got notification that the prescription was sent

I gave the two stars because I normally get a decent doctor. But every time I use them, they try to double-charge me. Then it is always hard to get the money back from them. They send your call overseas to someone who barely speaks English. These companies should have to use American people on their help lines. It has gotten out of hand. And everyone wonders where our jobs went.

they were fine when all I needed was to refill a prescription I already had. Trying to actually speak to a doctor failed after four phone calls and two online messages. After a lot of pushing on my end the operator admitted that there is not a doctor available for me to talk to anytime in the near future. She basically said no doctors are ever available. So as long as you want to be your own doctor and say what medications you need and never speak to anybody, this is the place for you.

Don’t do it. Call a more reputable company. Trust me. I did finally get my antibiotics. I’m not going over all the wrongs. There are many other companies out there you can use for the same price. Might I suggest an American company for American citizens. There’s many.
