You get the medication you need within about an hour. They will text you questions if they have concerns about the medication they're prescribing you. If you don't respond then a rep will call you. You never speak to an actual doctor. They're customer service is what dropped them to 3 stars. When I originally signed up, I was told that I had to stay at least 2 months before canceling. I did. 2 days before my 3rd billing cycle I called to cancel. I was told that it was a minimum of 3 months before canceling. I debated this and the rep quickly canceled my membership. I felt like she knew they were giving people false info and chose not to challenge it. Another reason for the 3 stars is that there's no way for an existing patient to log into the website. You must call customer service and they will text you a link to login but the link is temporary. Anytime you need to login you must call customer service to get a one time link texted to you. That is ridiculous in my opinion. Other than the CS everything else was fast and hassle free. I got the medications that I requested and they gave me 90 day supplies which I appreciated.

I like the quick prescription service but the Doctor should have given me more Macrobid. A 5 day supply is really minimum for a UTI. I still have some symptoms. My ob gyn always gave me a 10 day supply. Now I have to get more antibiotic. Not happy about that.

They started off really professional first couple of times calling, but then had a strange experience the last time I called and after they repeated the address of the pharmacy to send my script to, the script ended up being sent to another part of town. Tonight, I called for a simple refill and got a guy named Jay (from India?) on the line and right after I called I got an unknown number on my phone from North Carolina (which I did not answer), then immediately after that I got two text messages containing the following: "You are messaging with Synergy Health Network. To opt out, reply STOP." (*Note: Never reply to an unknown caller or texter as this is how scammers can finish the loop they need to overtake your phone, which they can deny later). "Hello Mr (my first name), can you please specify for what medications you need a refill for?" *Note: I called TelMDFirst back to verify if they sent those strange texts and it was Jay again (I easily recognized his voice) and he said his company only uses the name TelMDFirst when calling (I did not answer these texts nor give "Jay" the name mentioned here -at that time- from another company. I told Jay I do not scam easily. [What I didn't tell Jay is that I (may) know someone in Law Enforcement and Homeland Security]. Not sure if it was him or someone from his job doing this, but it was definitely no coincidence. I will stay with them for now and hopefully the shenanigans will stop.

My pharmacy has trouble filling prescriptions from you because they say your address and phone number are fake!

I left 2 messages and sent a message and still had to call back. It is nice to not have to go to the dr. But it would also be nice to get a return call or message

Service is inconsistent. Requested refills for 6 prescriptions and they only sent in 3. Now I have to take the time to call back and make a 2nd trip to the pharmacy. This has happened twice before.

The advertising states that you’ll speak to a doctor in 10 minutes. Untrue. After signing up, I was told that they were very busy. It would be 90 minutes before speaking to a doctor. A nurse did call me and asked a few questions. The doctor never called. I was given a “prescription” for 2 over the counter items. False advertising. I’ll never use them again.

Unfortunately the last 2 times I have used telemedicine they have sent my prescription as 10 mg instead of the 15 mg I have been using for many years. Aside from this they always address the appt promptly
