TaxCloudReviews of taxcloud.com

Our overall experience with TaxCloud is amazing. The software is easy to use, set-up and the support is first-class. Very impressive!

Unfortunately, we had to terminate our relationship with TaxCloud, we had several unresolved issues with calculations, and then they turned off API access, they turned it back on several days later when they discovered their mistake. They kept withdrawing funds to file even though we told them that we were not using them to file, as they were having calculation and tech support issues (We were using another company to file until they fixed their issues). We had a ticket at the beginning of our relationship to fix some calculation errors, they did not fix them after 2+ months and their ticket response was abysmal. My rep would take weeks to respond, so we moved on to another company with competitive pricing. TaxJar is a much better experience, in my opinion, the Odoo connectors work perfectly, and their support has been much better.

I dreaded the relaunch of our websites. At the top of the list: integrating sales tax. We couldn't use the same service as our in-house ERP system and I wasn't prepared for what I'd find and certainly hadn't budgeted for it. Turned out what cost extra with one service, was included with Tax Cloud. With TaxCloud, "I'll check and get back to you tomorrow" meant TOMORROW tomorrow not next week tomorrow! Signing up with TaxCloud was a no-brainer! Best and easiest decision I made.

I contacted TaxCloud about an issue with my billing. Chris R. was helpful throughout the process. He was able to get the issue resolved in a timely manner. Thank you!

This company is EXCELLENT for retail businesses of any size. They handle out ifnstate transactions (like online sales) as well and remit all taxes appropriately without fail. My only issue is that they don't currently support correct paying of sales tax for businesses that physically travel out of state (like for conventions). We are based in NC, but when we travel to another state for a show, there is no way to have the tax collected remitted to the state we were in. It is automatically added to our NC sales tax. That said, the company is excellent, and you're in fantastic hands with them!

Trying to navigate the confusing world of sales tax has been very frustrating for us over the last few years. We decided to hire tax professionals to take on this burden for us. The first company that we worked with only made things worse. Since switching to TaxCloud, we've received the service and satisfaction that we were hoping for. The staff at TaxCloud is friendly, knowledgable, and responsive. We're extremely satisfied with the service that we receive. TaxCloud has saved us money, and most importantly time. I recommend them to anyone looking to save time, money, and headaches.

TaxCloud is super easy to set up and use and integrating it with our online sales platform was a breeze. The customer support is outstanding! You can actually speak to a live person who is extremely knowledgeable and helpful! Great product - highly recommended!
