Makes Sales Tax Collection for Custom Website Easy
When my online business grew to the point where we reached sales tax nexus, managing the collection and payment of sales taxes to multiple states became overwhelming. TaxCloud made the process easy and was more affordable than the other companies I considered. I have encountered very few problems, and they have always been able to assist me with any issues that arise from the various tax changes across different states and governments.

Tax cloud makes it very simple to…
Tax cloud makes it very simple to calculate taxes online for sales in each state. This would be next to impossible to do on your own. They take care of it all. After simple setup, there is no need to look back. Business owners this is one less hat we have to wear. Tax cloud is worth it and customer service is amazing.

I initially found the onboarding…
I initially found the onboarding process a bit confusing regarding the need to upload a CSV file to the platform. However, thanks to the incredible care and attention of Rianna, I decided to stay with TaxCloud to support my business with sales tax compliance. Excellent Customer Service
When it comes to tax services, customer service is crucial, and TaxCloud has done a stellar job -someone is only a call away! If a message is left, a call back comes in a timely manner, and yes, they actually answer emails. I have worked with Rianna, JT, and Melanie, all of whom were awesome.

Great product and team
The best thing about TaxCloud is you get better support which I did not expect since they are also one of the cheaper tax solutions. This is my go to tax solution not just for the price, but for the team running TaxCloud as well. We use TaxCloud for our marketplace sales tax calculations. The integration took less than a week and it's fully automated now and I rarely give it thought since it just works. We do over 2.5k orders per day with buyers and sellers in different states in the US.

TaxCloud - simplifying the complicated, with excellent support
TaxCloud simplifies the sales tax reporting for us in all 50 states. The price is very reasonable and the customer service is responsive and friendly. I got a scary letter from a state saying I was delinquent, but within 24 hours TaxCloud had it resolved and corrected.
