We do not use TaxCloud very much. We are connected for the purpose of correctly calculating sales tax but do not use the tax filing service. For this access we are charged $18 mo. This is very high for the minimal use we have.

This site is very unreliable. It has numerous API failures to properly calculate the sales tax so we end up using an average. The only way it will work each month is for us to manually upload the transactions. Even doing this is somewhat of a nightmare. I only hope they are actually filing our sales tax!

Hi Collin - We are note hearing from clients about widespread API failures. The endpoints are running smoothly. From time to time there are network related issues that can create timeouts or poor implementation of the API's can cause issues. But our endpoints are working fine.

Great people to work with. They answer the phone and work hard to answer my questions. I had issues getting set up but was very pleased with the guidance offered to solve the problem. TaxCloud has been up and running for some time now without problems. I am very happy with the service.

Free, effective and helpful! TaxCloud works seamlessly with WooCommerce and makes sales tax painless and free for the merchant in 25 states! We've used it for several months and found the integration effective, and the customer service helpful when we have a question.

Customer Service is Excellent! Reports, not so much. If you know what to look for you can make sense of the reports, but more development time needs to be spent in order for all pertinent info to show up on the jurisdiction reports correctly. This product is better than the competition, though.
