Very good service. My only request would be to add more integrations to widely used and some of the newer web platforms.

Thanks for the review. We will be announcing a major, time of check-out integration partnership with a major platform in the coming weeks. Stay tuned!

Unable to update credit card information online. Your phone number does not work. I received a $100 penalty because I didn't know that the card had expired. I owed 32 cent. No customer service. I repeat that I tried to call but your phone number on your site doesn’t work. If you would be so kind to provide a working number I will try again. 877-TAXCLOUD IS NOT A WORKING PHONE NUMBER. After this review posted I did receive an email trying to help resolve the issue. They also admitted that there is a confusion regarding the phone number and how to make contact with someone there to resolve problems.
Response from TaxCloudSep 3, 2020
Sorry for your difficulties. When no payment instrument is on file for an account we do charge a fee. However, if you had called our support team and explained the situation we would have waived the charge. To call us please use 877-TAXCLOUD. Update: We have removed the fee from Barbara's account. We also discovered that rarely, on certain phone systems the 877-TAXCLOUD number doesn't work as it adds an extra digit to the standard 7-digit phone number. We are working to remedy this.
Fake
Unapproved charges to a test account, spam emails
Response from TaxCloudSep 2, 2020
As the name on this review is "Fake" take it for what it is worth. We encourage people to read our Terms of Service as all fees are described in detail. Not sure what you mean by spam email as you registered for an account with us and we do use email as a communication channel to our clients. Best of luck with your business.

Can never get anyone on the phone. The developer never calls back and TaxCloud broke our site for like 6 months. Not a fast enough turn around for a tax collection service. Should be better.

Sorry for any troubles you ran into reaching us. Not sure what you mean by "broke our site", did you have an issue with a plug-in?

Taxcloud has been only good for us. Easy to install and use. The only problem we had was with the CS person, she would not get us in contact with tech support. Just kept giving the same info like it was at our end - it wasn't. Once we finally got tech support within 10 minutes all was rolling smooth.
