I had trouble getting back into my…
I had trouble getting back into my account. I tried for days before my scheduled appointment with a person named Angela. I guess she’s called the provider. I made several attempts to reach out through email to Talkspace to cancel this so they would not charge me for missing it never were they able to cancel it for me. I was never able to get back into my account. They never helped me get back into my account and Angela charged me for missing the appointment even though I had tried canceling for days and days before do not trust Talkspace they are terrible.

Understanding Struggles and Acting on them
It has thoroughly helped me better understand where I am struggling and how I can understand how to better deal with those things. It has been so great and I continue to look forward to my sessions.
