Great Experience…
My experience with Talk Space so far has truly been amazing, Ms.Sherene is a great listener and gives me plenty of activities to work with in helping me with my anxiety and grief of the loss of my Aunt. Proud of myself for taking the steps to heal.

Great therapists, great solutions
My therapist Yolanda is incredible! She is compassionate with tons of resources to help get to solutions and strategies that make daily living easier. I’m so glad to have found a therapist compatible with my schedule and my needs.

Affordable, professional, convenient
I really appreciate the flexibility of appointments and I love the doctors I've found. I use a psychiatrist and a psychologist! I love that they work with my insurance (United Healthcare) to get me a $25 session price allowing me to go once a week.

My therapist
My therapist, Theresa is the best. She really helps me acknowledge what I’m doing well, helps me with my progress, and gives me homework to challenge how I think. Talkspace makes it easy to set up appointments and communicate with my therapist to make sure I stick to making my life better overall.

Love my Therapist
My therapist is real. He helps me organize my jumbled thoughts and helps me to see things clearly and from multiple perspectives. He provokes deep thoughts and conversations that challenge me and help me grow.
