Life Adjustments
Laura is a wonderful therapist, and she has allowed me the space to work through ongoing family issues and recent life adjustments. I've had a few issues with scheduling and time zones, but overall the platform has been very good.

I was abruptly disconnected w my therapist that I had worked with for several months and given ONE option these online portals are just really monopolizing on people’s mental health without actually caring about the care provided update: I’m changing my stars to one bc Talkspace just flat out stinks. Nobody has reached out and the repainted about going to feedback is straight up gaslighting there is no such feedback option in their site.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. While we are thankful for the feedback, we are saddened and disappointed to hear about your experience and being switched from your provider. Our goal is for each client to have nothing but a terrific experience here at Talkspace. Clearly, we fell short of that goal for you. Could you please reach out to us at feedback at talkspace.com. We want to do our best to understand our mistakes an assist you in any way.
