I love my therapist
I love my therapist. I like the ability to schedule at my own time, and availability that telehealth provides.

Chin is amazing
Chin is amazing! I used to be terrified to join virtual meetings in the past, but she has made it enjoyable to prioritized my mental health.

Found a therapist that is a good listener
It was nice being able to talk to a therapist from home or where ever I am. My therapist listened and gave suggestions.

It's an easy way to get counseling
It's an easy way to get counseling. I can talk to a therapist from my bed if I'm having a bad day. I can make appointments easily. I was matched with a great therapist in the beginning but from what I hear it's easy to get a new one if need be.

The best Place to Be
From the begging I was heard, I was accepted and I felt that I am able to trust and be opened for my problems. I feel I am empowered and able to resolve issues that I was not able to do before. I am having amazing support from my Psychiatrist and Therapist. I believe they are the best. True Professionals. The app is easy to navigate to schedule or reschedule appointments with a lot days and hours in the week. I personally love it.

My experience has been life altering
My experience has been life altering. My therapist has helped me heal and find peace with my struggles in a very healthy way. I am grateful for her. I now have my husband twin teenage daughters on the app. Along with 2 of my best friends. It is so convenient and molds to the patients life.

Not all therapists are created equal
Not all therapists are created equal. I think I finally found one that only validates me when I need it most, but also has great ideas and tracks me well in discussion. My therapist sees me & my passion to heal, grow & inspire others to do the same. I am grateful for this online option for care as it is greatly promoting my wellness.

ONLY giving 2 stars because my…
ONLY giving 2 stars because my therapist is 10/10. Otherwise, Talkspace has screwed me out of thousands of dollars RIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS because they were billing the wrong code for insurance and then surprised me by withdrawing thousands right before Christmas. Still no resolution and it’s been almost 2 months. I am about to get lawyers involved. This is insane.
