Therapists do not seem trained
Therapists do not seem trained; lots of shooting from the hip and ineffective listening and guidance. Felt like they were just trying to collect a paycheck

My therapist is amazing
My therapist is amazing. Great help always. She truly helps. The platform, signing in, issues on video are not good

Talkspace has changed my life
Talkspace has changed my life. It’s made it so easy for me to have therapy and psychiatry sessions. My therapist is wonderful as well.

Highly recommended
My therapist is amazing. She listens and provides so much feedback. Helps me with making decisions, giving me a through thought process and has me expand on the pros and cons.

Everything is great EXCEPT the audio
Everything is great EXCEPT the audio. Often times it will sound like my therapist or myself will be in a car or by the ocean when we're both in our homes. I am told it's from the recording for quality checks but whatever it is it's a pain. Other than that great! I love it and I am so happy I tried Talkspace.

My counselor has really helped me with…
My counselor has really helped me with a lot of the issues that I’ve been dealing with. She’s taken the time to explain things to me and bring things to light that I wouldn’t Have thought of.
