Very reliable
Talkspace is allowing me to meet with my therapist weekly. It's always ready to use and never down or not working. It's very easy to use and convenient. I enjoy doing dr visits this way because I don't have to leave my home and drive anywhere, so I love that.

The platform functions well
I've really been enjoying Talkspace. They're very good at communicating, things like when they charge my card and why, when I have messages waiting for me, and when an appointment needs to be rescheduled. The platform seems to operate pretty smoothly, so I'm not stuck trying to log in or get my camera going right when I have an appointment, it is very easy to just hop on when I need to. I don't use the text function much (mostly just for scheduling questions), because I don't really feel the need to text my therapist, but if that's your thing it is conveniently there for you.

The ease of finding a therapist
The ease of finding a therapist, the affordability and it takes most insurances. The scheduling is on your terms, communication is so easy on the app and so is scheduling. Great reminders, text and email for those of us who are forgetful. I would highly recommend talkspace for anyone needing therapy for anything.
