I love Talkspace
I love Talkspace! I was matched with a therapist right away who meets my needs, is understanding, a great listener and pushes me towards my goals. It’s super easy to schedule therapy, and make changes need-be. I enjoy the text and email reminders before a session, so I never miss it. I love that Talkspace accepts insurance and is easy to pay my co-pay.

I live in an area where therapy is…
I live in an area where therapy is scant/non existent. Talkspace has provided me with an outlet that I have been seeking for some time. I am very grateful for my therapist and this space.

Find the right person!
My personal experience with Talkspace is great. I encourage anyone to try it and keep trying it. The most important thing is to find a therapist you bond with. Do not be afraid to switch therapists if they do not feel right for you, even if you feel guilty. It is okay to do what is best for you and once you find the right one your therapy will go much smoother.
