I have a wonderful counselor. She listens and hears what I am saying and helps me work through my issues. I appreciate that she makes me feel heard and understood and no judgement whatsoever. I feel safe and comfortable speaking about my issues and no fear or judgement. It is a comfort and a convenience to be able to video appointment.

My provider is very down to earth. She is gentle in her approach and very understanding. She gives realistic task to help me come to an appropriate resolution

I’m so grateful for TalkSpace. I have been interested in therapy for years now, but was always hesitant because of the logistics to visit a therapist and the costs. Because of the ease of an online video and because my company’s insurance helps with some of the costs, therapy has been accessible, affordable, convenient, and life-changing. I had trial sessions with three different therapists until I found the right one for me. The process of switching therapists was judgment-free; and I found a therapist that gets exactly what I’m going through in my Life stages and who I am.

Overall my experience has helped me in so many ways that I needed. There has been some that I feel that have outweighed the positives that’s why I have it the 4 but due the great connections and insights from others I was able to keep it at a 4. If it was left up to only the o w experience I would have left Talkspace

Finding a therapist was extremely easy! I’ve only had to meet one therapist instead of going through several which is even better!

The therapists are great. They provide great support and insight into what you need. Scheduling is easy.

i could not get the therapist i requested they assigned a therapist seemingly at random to me they insisted on getting my payment info before i even owed them anything they asked me for my bank routing number i would not do business with this company and i would not recommend them to anyone
