It took me a while to find my wonderful therapist. I had to go through a few at first. It's okay to keep trying until you find someone you connect with and that can help you. Talkspace makes it easy.

My experience was incredible from the start. I was connected with a therapist and she ended up becoming a true confidant. I still see her twice a month and I always feel heard and she always gives me meaningful support. She got me through an incredibly hard time in my life with a hard family situation and here we are a year and a half later and I still talk to her monthly!

I would not recommend Talkspace to anyone. I love my therapist. She has helped me through the darkest parts of my life. But to talk to her I have to deal with Talkspace withdrawing whatever they feel like from my HSA account. I have been trying to get a complete accounting of every payment for about 4 months. As far as I can tell, they take advantage of the fact that their patients have problems that prevent them from functioning as well as they would like to charge them whatever they want with no accountability. I have about one day a month where I am up to fighting with them or insurance or other bills. It used to be less and I have no idea how much they charged me. Or if they felt like waiting to see if insurance went through. The whole system is awful, but with Talkspace there aren’t even human beings I can call. Do better.
