This is therapy that accommodates you! The remote sessions are convenient and the option of being able to text when needed is definitely a plus. The only complaint I have is my insurance covers most if not all of the cost... however I have been charged the full amount just for being late to a session. If I usually don't pay for having a session, I don't think its a reasonable policy to charge the full amount... I could understand maybe a late fee, but not charge you for an entire session. So other than that , it's great.

We always circle back to the task at hand! It’s a little difficult for me to stay on the main focus due to my adhd/autism so I tend to bounce around topics if left unchecked! She also suprised me by not being chastising about something I thought was an overreaction, it’s refreshing.

Platform is pretty easy to navigate. My therapist is sharp (Manny), providing me tools and podcasts tailored to me and my therapy. He also nudges me to see ways to address issues I don’t want to, and he does so patiently.

The first therapist wasn't the best, but it was easy to switch and schedule with someone else. Then I found Dr. Sanchez and he is exactly what I have been looking for. I appreciate everything about his approach.
