Recommend for kickstarting your journey with therapy
I really like the therapists I spoken with. However, I am not sure I am well-suited for this app's network. I have been working with therapists off and on for decades. I really need someone who can go deep & challenge me. The experience of therapists here may cover decades, but the style is more fundamental.

I Like Talkspace!
The therapist was easy to find and she's great in that she challenges me while showing compassion. It's also easy to book, easy to reschedule and the platform is overall very easy to use.

Reviewing Talkspace and my therapist
My therapist, Shannon is very insightful, supportive and caring. She remembers from one session to the next what is going on with me. Talkspace it’s self is providing an invaluable service connecting people in need to professionals right in their own home.

Great experience
I had a great experience with my therapist. She's kind, professional, and very understanding. I always felt listened to and supported. The sessions were helpful and meaningful, and I would definitely recommend them.

My therapist is so understanding
My therapist is so understanding. She lets me just talk about my feelings and anxiety without asking me the usual questions. My first visit felt like I was just babbling about nothing but she told me I was doing great. The service has helped me so much.

Didn’t work out for me.
Therapist was nice but I don’t feel like she paid attention to our sessions as she asked the same questions each session which wasted time. When I asked for help with coping skills for my anxiety, she told me to watch YouTube videos.
