I really appreciate my therapist and the many ways she has helped me and given me insight on situations. It’s very easy not to have to prepare to go to an appointment with my baby and stay in the comfort of my home instead.

First off, I love the matching process that Talkspace gives you when you first try to start therapy. It's nice that you get options and get to see if a therapist might be a good fit for you. Secondly, the entire app is very user-friendly and allows you to find everything easily while navigating your therapy journey. It's easy to get in contact with your therapist and to know when the best window for communication is. Finally, I really enjoy that even though you're not able to see certain availability, you can talk with your therapist and they can schedule a session outside of their poster hours.

The talk therapy has been very useful. The flexibility of video chat allows a chaotic life to carry on while still doing brain maintenance. Any grievance I might have, albeit it minor,is scheduling. Therapists might use several platforms so just because talkspace shows it available doesn't make it so. Always follow up with a message to confirm your appointment with your therapist. It's not an overnight fix but with persistence talk therapy, especially with a format like this, will help.
