Being able to with providers and finding someone like my current therapist (Myra) meant that I could get the kind of care I needed. Myra is an amazing therapist who is so kind and well suited for the kinds of traumas I face.

Their service is a joke. Your therapeutic journey is dictated at every step by a brainless AI that auto-selects therapists at random without any regard for the specific help you're looking for. When I tried to override the system and find my own therapist manually, I was told to contact customer support so they could override the braindead AI, because the system is designed to bar users from making any manual selection without Talkspace staff approval. My support ticket went unanswered for a week, and when support finally did respond, they were incredibly rude and openly hostile. If there was a rating below 1 star, that's what these scumbags would get.

The therapists and convenience of the platform are great. I also like the transparency of how much each session costs. My problem with it is that the clinicians cant fill out any paperwork i need for medical leave like FMLA, etc or more serious things simply due to talkspace policy which is a big problem for me. They should be able to fill that out.

My therapist Amy Tardio is very professional, supportive and engaging. The ease of attending my therapy sessions on the Talkspace platform is a huge plus. I also appreciate the chatroom, and scheduling process on Talkspace. These options make things do easy!

Talkspace gives us the flexibility to message with our provider as well as communicate with them via live sessions. It's highly convenient. I've never had any complaints about the system, and I am always updated when my card is charged for a session. It is so easy to use.
