Connecting with my Doctor, who is wonderful, was a real hassle at appointment time. The Healow App doesn’t work, and the associate wouldn’t connect me. My great Doctor had to phone 📞 me, so I couldn’t see her face. I might have to change services if they don’t fix it.

I have been using Talkiatry since August of 2025, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. I am entering perimenopause, and my anxiety symptoms began to get severe. I reached out to Talkiatry, and within 2 days I was matched with a psychiatrist. He has been an absolute godsend to my life. He listens to me, thoroughly answers my questions and concerns, and we have worked together (after a little bit of trial and error) to come up with a perfect treatment plan. His diagnoses are spot on, and for the first time in a long time I finally feel like myself again. I recommend Talkiatry to anyone who is struggling with mental health but is also struggling to find an affordable in-person option. It is beyond worth it.

It's easy to pick the person you want to work with. There's easy access to your appointments. Reminders are sent to add to your calendar I really like it. My doctor is awesome!!!

Dr. Mousavi is empathetic, knowledgeable, and kind. I really appreciate getting to work with someone with those qualities.

The healthcare providers seem to have limited capacity or experience to support my efforts to achieve greater emotional health. The communication platform and customer support platforms are deeply flawed and alienating. The patient advocates have a script that start with “I’m deeply sorry you’re having such an experience,” and includes “ I’ll share information of your experience with the appropriate team.” Any capacity of the patient advocates to listen and comprehend my needs is significantly undermined owing to two facts: they don’t speak English very well, and, the quality of audio seems to always be quite poor. Talkiatry is a free ( no additional charge) component of my health insurance. As is often the case, you get what you pay for.

Dr. Giordano comes on line and has already reviewed notes from our previous session and asks questions so I could talk alone. He brings me strength and I’ll feel tall and whole but i still have the quiet peace. I’m glad i was able to show duality. We will reinforce the positive as well.

Talkiatry is the worst! I have been on the phone for over 24 minutes just trying to login. I asked to get a sooner appointment. They told me there was no way to email or talk to the doctor. I asked to speak to a manager or someone else after trying to login. Iris was his name. He told me he didn't have a manager and was the only able to assist me.

Dr. Ryes is an amazing psychiatrist, she is kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She makes it easy to talk about difficult topics and always explains treatment options clearly. I'm very grateful for her help and highly recommend Talkiatry.
