My daughter was charged 200 dollars for two no shows. She was present for both appointments however there were technical issues. At this point I’m helping her to file a complaint with the New York department of insurance and the attorney generals office as they are non responsive

Terrible Billing Practices: I agree with everyone else on here that are having issues with the incompetency of the billing department. I saw the same provider twice yet they are charging two different entities and my bill is sky high after being promised 25 dollars per appointment. This is ridiculous and I definitely do not recommend. I can't tell you how many hours of my life I've wasted on this.

This company is terrible. They never informed me my insurance was denied and are now making me pay large bills which could have been avoided if they communicated about my insurance being denied. I would never recommend them if you do not need to use them. They're hard to deal with and not worth it.

For the love of good, find someone in network that you can see IN PERSON. This company will take and accept all your insurance information- take all your personal info and pretend like it’s vetting drs for you that will accept your insurance even will cancel appointments for you bc providers are “out of network” send you through an outsourced call center to correct it , send you to a NEW “in network” dr and then after 2 visits and a $3 script for a useless SSRI you will get a bill for $350 for your in network 20 minute tele health visit with someone that has minimal social skills at best.. a JOKE. Made me realize I don’t need therapy and that this new age tele health stuff is a scam. If my life wasn’t so good I’d probably be triggered into a mental breakdown but it’s just making me give up on western medicines approach to mental health. The “doc” I worked with is not qualified to help me navigate my life either that or couldn’t care less. I myself am a healthcare worker. I also work in a stressful & demanding work environment and the person they gave me as a therapist is better equipped to handle sheltered people with minimal issues AGAIN- A JOKE, The cost is OUTRAGEOUS considering it claims to be in network provider! honestly I’ve accepted that I have to help myself. *update* !! Called billing to cancel all services and confirm my payment plan I reluctantly set up- they informed me I have yet ANOTHER pending bill of $275 that had yet to hit my “billing period” they also acted like I should have known that the provider is somehow now out of network even though I have proof Zoc doc said he was in network at the time of appointment booking (screen shots). So NOW it’s over $500 + they claim I owe for TWO 20 min tele health visits and ONE Wellbutrin script. Bite me. I filed a dispute and it will take 4-6 weeks for them to “investigate” it 🫠

I booked an appointment several weeks in advance. I supplied my information and told my insurance would be confirmed in a few days. Weeks later and multiple mails and I never heard back. I canceled well in advance so they didn’t charge me $100 for canceling when they never got back. Seems like a complete scam and they were hoping I’d forgot to cancel while also collecting my information.

We only used the professional service a couple of times and found it worthwhile but their administrative and financial support is horrible and is in the process of being reported as fraudulent since they continue to harass for payments that were already sent. Documentation gets provided to them and they acknowledge the problem is with their "IT Department" but they do not stop the harassment and collections threats for their acknowledged errors. Stick with a reputable service for something as important as this because you don't want to have to deal with their unprofessional, incompetent, and unreliable customer and financial services.

Talkiatry SUCKS. My psychiatrist didn't refill my medication and I had a terrible withdrawal experience. Very unprofessional, terrible communication (especially because of the two different platforms they use). They also changed their insurance policy and didn't notify me. I was paying $25-40 per session and randomly got charged $300. Don't waste your time and health on this
