The invoice was compiled as a private sell and not as a company sell, whithout indicate the VAT, this had created a lot of problem with the import procedure. From the order to the shipping passed to much days (more than a week).

Purchase: Meerkat - Dec-2024. My experience with this company was nothing short of fantastic. They were friendly, expert, and patient during my sys components setup phase, delivered on time, price was great for the hardware / software I chose, and they even followed up after the purchase to see how I was doing, and helped me with the few things I didn't understand. The computer runs light-years better, more stable, faster, than my windows box, and everything worked right out of the box. That's saying something when we're talking about Linux. Great team, great components - made my switch from Windows to Linux a breeze. I highly recommend this company.

I had a question about 3rd party hardware compatibility (keyboard and monitor) and received a response within 24 hours. A live chat representative would've been more helpful, but I was satisfied by the response. (And if you're hiring, as the owner of a new System 76 Meerkat, I'd love to have a remote job as a live chat specialist!)
