The Computer arrived in great shape, and performs really well. I like how fast it is when loading programs and streaming video.

This is almost certainly the highest quality keyboard I've ever had, and editing the layout was a breeze. The only complaint I have is that it takes some work to get the keyboard configurator to launch correctly on Cosmic

I received a unit with multiple issues. Support helped me resolve my problem. I had to re-install Ubuntu to correct issue. I had another issue I told them about and never received an email or call back. I figured out the problem myself. So, I received a unit that Quality Control obviously did not check prior to shipping out. I don't know how this unit was shipped in that state. I came close to sending my Lemur Pro back. Seems to be running ok now. I don't know if I would purchase another System76 computer.

Great service. Was actually able to speak with a live person. Hardware is a functional work of art. Everything worked perfectly from the moment I plugged it in.
