Tech support as always is excellent.

The machine has been rock solid and as advertised.

I needed a laptop with a lot of memory to use with several virtual machines, including Windows 11 desktops. My Darter works like a charm, including the TPM 2.0 (with a Linux host) needed by the Windows 11 VMs. The support service is very responsive and overall extremely effective. I had my pc sent to Europe, and had no surprises, and the delivery was also made many days in advance of what was planned.

Bought a Lemur 14. Build quality is abysmal, built out of cheap plastic. Keyboard is spongy and has 0 tactile feedback. They advertise it as a Linux native machine, but PopOS is bloated and buggy (their store takes 10s to fully load and I maxxed the specs for my machine). BATTERY LIFE IS 5 HOURS AT BEST, NOT 14. This is the worst laptop at that pricepoint ($2000+) I ever had in my life. AVOID IT LIKE COVID.
