Computer was packed safely and arrived sooner than expected

I generally like the hardware but when I received the laptop Ubuntu install was broken, so I had to install all myself again, including system76 drivers. When I ordered 2 Meerkat to my London address it ended up costing 400 dollars in addition to shipping cost. When I refused to pay I then had to pay 400 dollars to be able to return them. Next time probably a Lenovo laptop.

Did not like the non-answers I received about the status of my order. Plus no documentation came with the system and none is available online for my model. I also do not like how hard it is to switch to a different version of Linux. Personally I prefer KDE on Fedora and thought that would not be a problem. However it requires a lot of fiddling and a repository maintained by 1 person.

Everything went just perfect! Clear, precise and fast sale, assembly and delivery phases. Laptop works spotlessly. That was a test to consider and buy a few more powerful machines and they passed it! 5 stars! Keep on with the good job, guys!

The laptop I purchased in its current condition works perfectly fine, my issue is with the device overrall, in my opinion it had temperature issues from day one that ultimately led to issues with the laptops audio, which I sent back to system76 to be evaluated and fixed, but it was returned to me in the same condition I sent it out in. And after a few months of trying to diagnose and fix the laptop I discovered that the laptops heating solution was deffective and or not making correct contact with the cpu die causing the laptop to freeze a lot and also sound like a jet engine. After contacting support I was sent a new heasink and fan assembly and the laptop has worked fine ever since aside from the audio issues that are still present, but nothing more then a annoyance. Overrall if I could go back in time I would possibly buy from a different manufacturer, which is a bit disappointing because I'm a very large fan of system76.

I love my Thelio Mira. I had a bad stick of RAM and my GPU shorted within the first 9 months of my initial purchase, but S76 shipped me a better GPU as a replacement and replaced the RAM. Now my computer is humming along, no issues, customer service was fantastic and quick. Yes, I could build my own computer and put Linux on it, but with S76 I get the warranty and support of a large company with the build value of doing it myself. Plus I know 100% my hardware is Linux compatible and they have firmware covered.

Well first off Customer service is Top notch! The computer itself is excellent. The case is very nice and it came with extras inside for adding more upgrades. It took a while to ship but the quality of the computer was well worth the wait.Pop!_OS is also very nice :)
