System76Reviews of system76.com

Everything was perfect. Website is slick and easy to navigate/configure my system Shipping was crazy fast. The packing was great. No damage. System fired right up. No issues. //POP OS 25.04 any day now right? Right?? LOL 11/10!! Y'all are the bees knees!

I ordered a server instead of a notebook asked for an exchange

Basically just made a few connections and turned it on. It's been flawless so far. I haven't done any bench-marking, but it appears to be very fast.

I initially had trouble completing my purchase of a Lemur Pro because Apple Pay on the site wasn’t working, and there was no message indicating that. Unfortunately, by the time I could pay, the price had gone up by $200. It was frustrating at first, but when I reached out, Bill listened carefully and escalated the issue. The company refunded the difference without hesitation. That kind of professionalism and customer care stood out to me. I’ve only had the Lemur Pro for a short time, but I already love it — it’s lightweight, fast, thoughtfully designed, and a joy to use. The build quality and overall experience exceeded my expectations. Thanks to both the product and the support I received, I feel confident recommending System76. Mistakes happen — how a company handles them is what matters.

Customer service is great - very responsive. Can't say enough about the quality of the Lemur Pro laptop I purchased. I am very happy with my purchase from System76.

Avoid this company at all costs. I bought a Tower in Oct 2023. I paid about 3000 dollars for this piece of garbage. I noticed that all the light bulbs wanted to shut down when I turned on this PC. I sent the PC to them and they told me the PC is fine. Every time I tried to work on this PC I had the same issues. Then, the video card failed, then the disk, now the memory ram. They sent me a new memory card, but I did not have the time to change after 2 months of receiving the new card. They sent me the replacement after 2 months of requesting it. So I decided to buy another PC, this time from Best Buy. I paid a fraction and this new PC works perfectly fine. I connected this new PC to the same power outlet used for the System76 PC, and all the light bulbs are fine. Now, the are threatening to charge me if I do not send them the damaged memory card. System76 primary purpose when selling is: "once you buy it is your problem". I asked for a refund, but they told me NO.

This is my third System76 laptop, another Lemur Pro. I love its size, its low weight, its long battery life, and the fact that it's ready to go with Linux, with no driver problems or other installation issues. It's my primary computer, and I use it for everything, including software development.

This is without a doubt the coolest laptop I’ve ever owned. I’m loving ricing up the OS. However, I am disappointed by the material used for the keyboard and track pad. Your fingers will leave behind oil stains.
