I only gave one star because there is no option for zero stars. I ordered one month ago and still have not received my swimsuits. I ordered from this company two years ago and had great service. I'm not sure what has happened, but I'd never recommend ordering from them now. After reading other current reviews about the poor quality, I'm not looking forward to receiving my items at all. It seems that customer service is a thing of the past - right along with quality workmanship.

Imagine my surprise when opening my package to receive a Woman Within tshirt instead of the swimsuit I ordered. How does this happen?? The description doesn't match the item either and the cheap tshirt certainly isn't worth the price paid for the swimsuit I ordered. I have ordered from this company in the past and was satisfied but now after reading all the recent bad reviews I'm wondering what has happened to this company. I tried calling customer service and couldn't get through after waiting on hold in excess of 30 minutes just to be cut off. I was disappointed with the long wait for the item to ship only to find that I will have to pay another $10 to return an item that I haven't ordered. I won't be ordering from this company again.

This is the worst company ever! I order 3 swimsuits and they came almost a month and a half later. I returned two of the tops for different sizes and a full bikini for a refund and after a month, I heard nothing! No confirmation email, nothing! I called customer service, after about 40 mins of being on hold, the sales rep would not give me any info on my order and she was rude. Called back and waited almost an hour on hold, the sales rep I spoke to was not any help either. I told the rep I would like to speak with a supervisor because as a customer spending almost $300 on swimsuits the customer service is horrible! She said she was transferring me to a supervisor, but she hung up on me. I ordered my swimsuits early March. It is May 7th and I have no information on my items... I have called and emailed and I haven't gotten any help. I will NEVER recommend this company or NEVER order from this company again. The worst!

I do not recommend ordering from this company. Your items are not shipped as promised and if you do not like your items you will have a very difficult time returning them. I cannot see them being in business much longer with such poor customer service.

I used to LOVE shopping with this company. I can’t tell you if the quality of the product has changed because I have not received my order. I have been trying to cancel my order because it has taken too long to ship. Sent an email - response is that they’ll get back to me. It’s been a week, nothing yet. Called Customer Service - my order number is not in the system. Well, I entered it and re-entered it several times from my order confirmation. Never could speak to a person, just an automated system. Then tried using Chat. Entered pertinent information including the question, “How do I cancel my order?” Response- “We’re sorry, Chat is no longer available.” So incredibly disappointed.

Do NOT buy from this company unless you are willing to wait a month for them to fill your online order. They LIE about how long you have to wait. They do NOT respond to emails. There is a 30 minute wait to speak with a customer service representative and they “cannot cancel your order once it’s processing”. It’s been more than two weeks and all I get are empty promises. They are breaking federal regulations on Mail, Internet, and Telephone Merchandising.

Buyer beware- worst company I have ever dealt with. Huge delays in shipping- no customer service and will put you on hold for hours. I tried to cancel as item was processing for weeks with no updates and they refused. I have to wait to see if it ever arrives— pack it up and return and wait?? I contacted PayPal for a charge back.

Very disappointed....I ordered my suit on 4-18 and I cannot get any answer on when my suit is even going to ship. I won’t be able to take this suit on vacation. Very unprofessional of this company to take your order and money and then email you later that your order will be delayed due to a high demand on spring line collection. Shipping and Handling is not cheap and we still can’t get it in a timely matter. They couldn’t tell you this before they took your order? It’s Upsetting
