I received the top of the two piece I ordered, when I tried it on and realized it was too big I called to try to exchange it but it did not come in a smaller size so I canceled the second half of the order which had not shipped yet and returned the top the very next day. Now the company is saying I did not return the swimsuit and is in a dispute with my credit card and I am very angry! I do not want to have to pay for some thing I did not keep and they did not fit me in the first place! I will tell everyone not to order from here!

RUN away from this website!! I placed an online order in April. Due to a glitch in the system I was charged MULTIPLE times for the same order. I called in to customer service that same day to rectify the issue. I was told no order had been placed and my cc would NOT be charged! I called back a few weeks later to explain those charges were still present on my statement. I was told there was nothing they could do. There was NO credit issued, I was told no items were going to be sent since there was NO order. Against my better judgment, I tried to reorder the items, this time I was successful and received and email with an order number. I ordered these items the beginning of May. I’m now being told that the order customer service said never existed from April, is now being sent, well part of the order, some items are still back ordered. I explained to customer service, AGAIN, that I had made multiple calls to resolve this and I was told today I would be charged for all those orders, despite not having an order number for any order except for the May order and I could not cancel any of the orders. Additionally, any items sent back would be charged a restocking fee. This is completely unacceptable to be charged for something out of my control. Finally, these shipments are taking forever to arrive. According to customer service, my non-order-numbered-orders that were placed in April are just now shipping. While I do understand that mistakes happen, the fact this company will not acknowledge ANY wrongdoing along with the fact they are charging me for restocking after I’ve tried to resolve this issue, speaks volumes about the lack of integrity from this company! I will NEVER order from them and I will certainly make sure to tell everyone I know not to do patronize such an unprofessional business!!!

Ordered a suit in 2019 and got it on time and it was a nice quality suit. This time I ordered and just found out from them directly that it could take more than a month before they "process" my order for a then additional 14 days for delivery. Who knows what kind of garbage I'm going to receive or when. $200 down the toilet. Thanks INDIA

WARNING, BUYER BEWARE....DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! After 2 months of waiting for an exchange, I have given up. The customer service is non-existent, and after an hour and fifteen minutes on hold, I get a snippy woman on the phone, who basically told me they are running behind and there is nothing else they can do. So, they have my money from a previous order, that I still have not received back, and I am still waiting on an exchange. Oh, and they charge you $9.99 if you want to send you orders back, or you get a credit for your full amount. I was not about to get a credit, since I have gotten a taste of how they do business. You would think in this day in age, they would have free shipping and returns, since everything in online nowadays. I'd rather buy off of Amazon. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!

Do not order from this company, I was sent something completely different to what I ordered. Now they are offering me a 50% refund that I will probably never see

Wanted to do no stars but have to give it at least 1 star. DO NOT buy from this company - I still have not received a shipping update and when I call they say the order is at the warehouse but they have no idea when it will be shipped and can't/won't cancel it. As a concession I won't have to pay for the return shipping costs - really???!!!!! Worst customer service I have encountered!!!

Horrible customer service!!! They sent me the wrong bathing suit and then wanted me to pay for the one I ordered again and nail them back the one they sent me. Also, been waiting over a month on a separate order. April 7th I ordered and today is May 11th. I will NEVER buy from them again. Horrible customer service!!!!

I wish I could give them a zero! They gladly take your money but, do not ship your orders. Zero customer service. Fraudulent company.
