I ordered three items which cost me $17.98 in shipping only 2 were in stock so they sent me two. They canceled the third item because they said my credit card wouldn’t approve purchase of a back order which I’ve never had that happen before. so I called trying to get the third item shipped. they said the price is different now so she could give me free shipping but pay more for the item. I would never have paid 17.98 for two items. I won’t order here anymore or from Romans or woman within or any of them. It’s a bunch of BS.

Poor quality swimwear and runs small. Returns cost almost as much as merchandise once shipping charges are deducted and then they auto enrolled me in rewards and charged me 16.95 for 3 months before I notices and called and had them reimburse for charges and cancel my account.

Ordered a top paid $28.45 and exchanged the item only received $9.04 because of a restocking fee plus taxes. Not recommending this company at all. Wanted to make a complaint but of course the customer service person didn't have a phone number, wondering why. Sure you can figure it out

Horrible customer service. Doesn’t ship the items when they say (ordered Thursday night and still haven’t shipped by Monday EOD). Can’t help with information on when they will ship. Can’t cancel even though they haven’t shipped yet. Can’t upgrade to expedited shipping. Just items in limbo. Anticipating a nightmare to return. Really wish I would have dug further into reviews before ordering.

Their sizes are totally off. Ordered size 14 boy shorts when normally I wear a 10. Way too tight. The material was not even as good quality as ones I've gotten from Amazon. Went to send them back. You get free returns IF you take a gift card. Otherwise my 25.00 shorts would now become 15 when they charge over 10.00 for shipping something back that could literally go in an envelope.

BUYERS BEWARE....NOT AN HONEST, RESPECTABLE COMPANY. THEY LIE TO CUSTOMERS, KEEP YOUR MONEY AND MAKE RETURNS IMPOSSIBLE AND CHARGE TWICE THE COST FOR POSTAGE ( ex: $21 for one swimsuit in a small padded envelope ) THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY SLICK BUT DISHONEST .....USES AI FOR THEIR RESPONSES. I have purchased a few swimsuits from this company in the past ten years. Unfortunately it has clearly become a SCAM company like so many others out there now . I ordered a swimsuit on June 4 and the order said "processing!" The suit will not be available until September 29.....3 months later! There was no mention of a back order when I ordered it and they refused to cancel my order no matter how insistent I was The customer service representative on the phone promised that a supervisor would call me back the same day. Never happened!! My recommendation: be sure and read reviews before you decide to buy from this company. They do not deserve any stars!!

The quality of product and ESPECIALLY customer service has gone down the drain. I received two items marked my size (still my size at every other retailer) and received swim capris that were at least 3-4 sizes smaller despite saying my size on the package. So I obviously wanted to return them. They wanted to charge me for a 10.99 for a return label even though this was clearly their mistake. I finally caved. But when they would send a link for the return it would just say "Label unavailable" no mater which browser I used, on different networks and devices. I am very kind to customer service agents, but the first one I spoke with was extremely rude and condescending and straight up hung up on me. The next onw sounded sweet, but she hung up before I could even say hi. The third agent said she sent a request for a shipping label pdf to be sent to me which never arrived. By then I had spent a couple hours explaining, emailing customer service and being completely unheard or unhelped. I love out in the middle of nowhere and can't use a QR code to go to a Happy Returns since the closest one is 2 hours each way from me and gas is far too expensive. I will no longer be shopping at Swimsuits for All, which is a bummer because they used to be great.
