I have bought these tankini for a few years now and always have loved them. Now you have a 15.99 sale and they are all alot smaller then the ones I bought before. Is this why they was 15.99? This really sucks cause now I am afraid to order again. And your return policy sucks cause you have to pay shipping to send them back. Signed a very dissatisfied customer

Uncomfortable. The bottoms are at an awkward length. I have a short torso and the top of the bottoms sat right on top of my belly button so they weren't high enough or short enough on my waist. The top looked good, but was extremely uncomfortable because of the large wires on the sides.

What a crap product nothing like in the PICTURE My Dress was delivered 3 months late I ordered on 12-12-2020 I was Lucky I sent this Garbage back to them It took 3 months for my package to come just for the product to run EXTREMELY small and the product to be damaged!!!! On top of I was a size 14 but the wrongly sent dresses to me were at most size 10 The material was flimsy and looked like it was made by an amateur knitting class. We had a good laugh it was so hideous but I stopped laughing when they refuse to back their product I was trying to send the PRODUCT back I went on social media and got this COMPANY HELP ᴱⁱᵍʰᵗ ᶠᵒᵘʳ ᶠⁱᵛᵉ ᶠⁱᵛᵉ2𝘰𝘯𝘦 seven2four five I REACH OUT THE COMPANY AND THEY WERE VERY GOOD AND NICE THEY PROVIDE ME THE RETURN SHIPPING ADDRESS AND MY MONEY WAS DEPOSITED IN MY ACCOUNT IN TIME THAN FINALLY, I SENT BACK THIS CHEAP, GARBAGE, HORRIBLE DRESS TO THE COMPANY DO NOT BUY HERE= Sent the wrong size of a product and… Horrible!!! Never again! And don't order!

I recently purchased several swim suits and really was not sure what size I would wear in which brand. The first order was approx $300 and nothing fit right. I used the "exchange code"found on the website to avoid shipping fees on the new order. I also used the preprinted return label that was provided to send everything back. I was unaware at the time that using the label automatically made my refund a store credit/gift card instead of original form of payment. The next order went smoother as I had a better idea of what sizes I needed. The Ashley Graham bikini sets I ordered fit great on the top but not the bottom....I still needed a smaller size. The website advised that I contact customer service in order to exchange just part of a bikini set, so I did. The customer rep was really nice and helpful in reordering a smaller size for me, telling me to just send the bottoms back and I did not have to pay for shipping on the new order. Overall my swimsuits are good quality and I'm happy with my purchases. I'm not thrilled about the refund situation but on my next shipment I did notice the policy right on the packing slip next to the return label. Seeing as my experience was much better than others, I plan on purchasing from this company again so the gift card really isn't a big deal. They really need to change this policy with the label if they want to keep their customers happy.

changing my review from 1 star to three, customer service here is terrible. suits are okay.

I exchanged two swimsuits and instead of applying the money to the exchanges, SWA issued me two e-gift cards. I called customer service and the agent reversed the e-gift cards and issued a refund to my credit card. I give that agent 5 stars but the company 3 stars because they didn't refund my money or apply it to the exchanges right away.

I placed an order with the understanding that they had an easy exchange policy to help you find the right item. They say that if you return an item for store credit, the return shipping is free. However, the catch is that when you fill out the return form, you have to list the order number of what you're purchasing in exchange--meaning you have to purchase the second order with your own money, not the store credit you're getting for your return. So by the time you get the store credit, you've already paid out of your own pocket for the second item and no longer need the store credit. I made two of these exchanges and both times had to contact them to switch the method of payment from gift card to a credit card refund. The second time they tried to deduct the cost of shipping from the return amount, but after I wrote them saying I believed it was unethical for them to do so, they gave me the full amount. The reason I'm giving them 3 stars instead of 1 star is because I did find a swimsuit I liked, eventually, and because they made it right in the end by giving me my money back. But they really need to change their exchange policy to be more fair, or stop advertising it in such a misleading way.

Subpar quality, poor customer service. Bought three bathing suits, not cheap. Put in an exchange for 2 (both for size but one was received broken), returned one. I called prior to returning because I had 4 days window to return on time, asking if I should expedite/priority ship, they said not to worry about that. I got an email saying my return was complete. No return on my credit card, got charged for 5 bathing suits. They are shipping back to me the broken one and the one I didn't like. Talked to three different customer service representative who state I am out of luck because the item was received late.. they have documented that I called and asked about shipping yet somehow that is still my fault because it took 9 days to get to their warehouse? No refund, no Egift credit for trying on my end to be a faithful customer and it is a shame because the one suit is cute (one underwire fell out already on the other one). I am one to share my experience good or bad and unfortunately I could not in my right mind order from them again or recommend them to anyone. *update - after posting on FB they did offer a refund for the defective item. The eventual effort was appreciated. Upgraded from 2 to 3 stars.
