15 days and $20 shipping later, they haven’t even shipped out the order. During “processing phase” a week ago I asked if I could just cancel. Nope. They blanket their ridiculously long turnaround with the “it’s COVID and everything is delayed” statement. Also PS, everything comes from China. This company is pretty terrible but they mask that by sending out catalogs as if they are legitimate.

Horrible experience!! Never ever again! I placed an order and of course it’s the usual covid excuse!! It’s not processed and have no idea when it might be ! Because of staffing issues !. They refuse to then cancel my order stating I agree to a delay!! Which by the way I did not see anything about this! Little did I know a delay to them could be months past my vacation! So refusal to cancel means I would have to get the package and send it back and I’m responsible for the shipping on something they would not cancel or tell me when I would get ! Disgraceful they need to go out of business !!! Why take orders you can not complete!! Scam artist ! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM ! RUN to another website

First, it took almost 2 months to even get my order. Only one of 3 items were fit enough to keep. The return policy is ridiculous. You can either get store credit for the full amount you paid, or you can get your money back minus $10.99 (which conveniently is not prominently mentioned in the "easy returns" section when you order). I chose the store credit since I had my eye on a couple more items and was willing to give them another chance. But then, they took another 3 weeks to process my return after it was delivered and NEVER sent me my e-card. When I reached out again, they just refunded my card, minus the $10.99. I'm annoyed, but happy to be done with this crap company and will never order anything again.

In regards to trying to use credit Feb. 2021. Nov 27, 2018 I ordered four different swimsuit sytles in hopes that one or all would fit for a vacation. Unfortunately only 2 of the 4 fit. After looking at their return policies I was going to get very little back with return shipping (for each suit), etc. I opted for their "Never Expires" credit instead and returned them. I received my credit info via email shortly after. In February of 2021 I went to place an order and it said my credit which was in the form of an E-Gift Card that "NEVER EXPIRES" was "Not Found". I called Customer Service and they were of no help at all! She was very smug and told me I shouldn't have waited so long (2 yrs and 1 month). Insisting I wanted them to look into where my credit had gone she put me on hold for a brief minute and then tells me that after 3 years of nonuse they are dumped from their system and sent to the govenment as unclaimed funds. She said I would have to go to the government to find it. I didn't understand and she said go to Unclaimed Funds for your state (after checking again with whoever she was talking to). After I hung up I realized it hadn't been 3 yrs, it was 2 yrs and 1 month (rcvd credit 12/27/18). So. I have been searching weekly to find my unclaimed funds and nothing! I sent them an email 6 weeks ago asking where my money is, the government doesn't have it, and received an email stating they received my question and would be responding back soon. Haven't heard from them since. They owe me $92.00 FRAUD. I find it ironic that I was always so worried about losing that email with gift card code and pin (that Never Expires) only to have them lose it in their system and not offer to do anything about it.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! If they had an option for zero stars, that's what I'd give this company. I tried to exchange items evenly for different sizes, and they refused to honor all of the original prices. Also, they refused to refund shipping which is supposed to be FREE for exchanges. Also, they lost my return of original items, and I had to provide my tracking number to prove they had received it. This was over a span of about 4-5 weeks, emailing between 4 different people, and speaking to at least 3 people on the phone.

Covid has delayed their shipping, but instead of making that clear on the website or attempting to make their processes more efficient, they expect their customer service team to simply fend off angry customers. I was on hold for 1 hour, 45 minutes; I was not allowed to cancel my order when I found out it would take longer than promised (I needed it shortly after the promised arrival day). They did not offer a reimbursement for the $20 shipping, despite the fact that they falsely advertised the timeline. When it did "ship," it only showed that it was sitting in a warehouse with Pitney Bowes for four days -- it has yet to reach USPS. Despite the hard and busy times, they don't care to adjust or accommodate and are putting the losses on customers. Their hold message is all about how they want the customer to love themselves in their product, and they want feedback to make themselves even better. Really, really fake.

Placed an order for a bathing suit on 5/9. Received a confirmation then an email stating a delay in shipping due to increased security measures due to Covid. Checked again on 5/18, still received another delay message. Called to cancel on the 21st, and was told it is in processing to be shipped in the next 3 days and cannot be cancelled!!! This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They charge 11.99 to ship -- that should cover priority shipping -- but no it only covers delays with the inability to cancel. Horrible!!!

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. This is the absolute worst company to buy from. I placed an order on April 4/14/2021, said it shipped out on 4/30/2021- and I STILL have yet to receive it (today is 5/21/2021)! So I placed the same order on Monday 5/17/2021 and paid $30 for two day shipping- after calling customer service TWICE they told me I likely will receive it this Monday 5/24/2021, an ENTIRE week later (if it even gets delivered). The customer service experience I received was horrific. They offered me no resolution or explanation whatsoever. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT give them your business. They need to be held accountable for being a dishonest company.
