Swimsuits For AllReviews of swimsuitsforall.com

I ordered a bunch of suits before I had talked to a customer service rep and wound up picking the wrong size. I called customer service and not only did they help me find which size to choose they also looked into the suits that would offer me the best support as I am top heavy. I was able to send the items back and receive the new ones in minimal time! I love their products and customer support team!

I found this website from watching youtube video reviews, The thing that I like about this website is that they offer a lot of different type's of swimsuits for sizes over 8. I ended up buying two swimsuits. A one piece and a tank top. I never ordered anything from an American store before so I didn't know what to expect. My order cam about 19 days after I ordered it. I wish that it came sooner because I needed one of the swimsuits for my swimming class. When it comes down to sizing, I don't know what to say. The website doesn't offer a great sizing chart. I am pear shape, so my bottom is bigger than my top. The size chart didn't account of my body shape so I went up a size to make sure the one piece fit my hips and butt properly. Over all, the wait time to get my order to Canada is the worst part about my order. The funny thing is, when I returned the tanktop it arrived in 10. Including the weekend.

Returned items still not refunded after 2 and a half months! I think they lost the items but I sent fedex so I have a signature. Customer service is a joke....lots of promises when you call but no follow up. Emails get no response. I have been told over and over that it will be taken care of. I did receive a partial refund, but no where near the amount that I am owed!

WRONG ITEM SENT AND THEY DO NOT RESPOND.
