I like so many others thought this was a good company. Have learned now to be sure to read reviews as this company Has over 150 bad review to less than 50 good ones. I too placed an order on 4-12-2021 expecting to receive my order within the 7 to 12 business day window which wld b around 5-4. Two days later I receive an email stating delays due to lots of orders for spring collections. 4-19 sent an email asking for shipping info; no response. It’s now 14 days and still no shipping information. Sent emails 4-24 to cancel order due to non response. Called customer service 4-26 to ensure email received and order cancelled (after holding 25 minutes)to be told order is in processing and nothing cn be done except to send return label to send product back ONCE received. Asked how cld it be processing and yet no shipping information. She stated within an hour after order placed it is moved to processing regardless that shipping is not imminent. She also stated expedited orders are received on time, however there is a review dated this month that stated that was NOT the case. Best advice I can give is, be sure you want what you are ordering and order 30 to 45 days ahead. Even though I was not able to take these suits on vacation, I sincerely hope they fit and are of good quality for next vacation. Customer service rep was polite, however very blunt and no empathy.

This is a horrible company. I ordered a >$200 package on April 11th, 2021. I have been wondering where my order is as I paid $19.99 for shipping. I kept getting emails that they are delayed due to Covid which is a ridiculous excuse at this point. I sent an email with an automated email that says they are busy due to increased sales in the Spring line up. I tried to use their online chat to have it say it was unavailable even though moments before it said available. I searched my order on their site and it still says 'processing' and not shipped. I went on to see if others had the same problem and was appalled at how bad the reviews were. Like others I so wished I had read these before I ordered from this company as I would have stayed far away. I just called the company and got the same answers as everyone else - they cannot cancel my order (I tried to cancel as I will never get it in time now) as the order is 'frozen' in their system. I asked for a supervisor and got the Benjamin that everyone mentions. He said they cannot cancel my order and they cannot expedite shipping as it is 'frozen' in their system and I told him I knew this was a lie. He proceeded to tell me I did not know how these kinds of companies work. He is right!! I am so used to dealing with good companies that are honest, don't take your money for no product and care about their customers. They offered me what everyone else has been getting - I can wait till it arrives and then ship it back for a refund. At that time I will not have received my suits in time, I will be out the shipping costs even though it has not even shipped yet!! I told Benjamin that when I go in to track my order it says it has not shipped but not to worry as I should still get it in the time frame given (7-12 business days). I noted that tomorrow is the 12th business day and there is not way it will make it. Benjamin says that is only once it ships...I told him "no, it says I will RECEIVE the order in that time frame". he would not acknowledge I was right and admit they were fraudulent. Someone has to do something about this company!! Best we can do is spread the word and hope this company goes bankrupt so they can stop taking advantage of people.

Ordered on 03/31/21, as of today, 04/21/21, no delivery and no way to contact them. And from the sound of the reviews I've now read, if they don't come in time for a May 2nd trip, then I'm stuck with them because the reviews for the return service are just as bad. I have a tracking number stating my order was shipped on 04/13/21, there has been no movement of the package since. I sincerely wish I had read reviews before ordering. I have never left a poor review for any company I've ordered from, if I encounter an issue, it's always been resolved and that's what counts. These people are still blaming everything on Covid, over a year later.

I ordered 4 things and kept 1- the tops fit more accurately than the bottoms. The bottoms are cheap material and flimsy for the price. Customer service is awful, shipping is expensive. I didn't even bother sending one thing back because they charge you $10 for return shipping and it takes more than a month for them to refund you. Don't expect to get your order for a month or more! and if you return or exchange the season will be over before you get what you want.

Laughably bad experience. Shipping was delayed time and again, but I was not allowed to cancel despite having ordered for a special occasion. Shipping was $20 and returns are $10, so since I was guaranteed out $30 I tried them all on to make the most of it. I'm a size 27 in jeans and 32DD in bras, usually dress size 4/6, so I'd ordered a size 6 since I was going for modesty. Every piece was WAY too small. When I went back and looked it turned out I was a size 10 on the site. I would say order 3 sizes bigger than usual if you proceed. SO WILD for a site recommended for busty/plus sized women.

I am researching to find out if this is a scam site. I ordered on March 23. $275. I paid $23 in shipping and then told they have no idea when it will ship but when it processes they will return the shipping. I called back when it processed to be told no we will not refund you shipping. 3 week later I get a tracking number. The delivery date has already changed 4x. I am angry at myself for spending close to $300 and not knowing how horrible the service is!!!! This could be a scam site. Most places are free delivery. This is the first time I paid for it and then waited this long. I understand waiting but not when you are told differently.

I am being nice in giving them a 3 star rating because I have purchased from them for a few years now and not had any real issues until now. In the last couple of months I ordered a total of 11 swim separate pieces to try. 4 arrived. 5 are lost in shipping somewhere (their shipping partner which I found out is Pitney Bowes has not gotten them to the USPS). I returned but have yet to get my credit for it yet. I have one that they told me me they can’t cancel because it is processing for shipping - which means I will be lucky if I get it before end of summer. I did get them to cancel 3. But they have been unwilling to help me with the lost items - every time I am lucky enough to get through to them after holding for an hour, they give me yet another date that I must wait to see if the shipments arrive before they will help me. I have now resorted to filing a claim with PayPal. All of the suits I have gotten from them are super cute be good quality - but a year after the pandemic started they still want to blame that for their very poor and lack of customer service instead of trying to help the customers. They aren’t even trying to acknowledge the shipping issues and continue shipping items the same way even though everyone is complaining that we aren’t receiving our purchased items. So they have our money and we have no swimwear. I am extremely disappointed in how this company is conducting business these days. They used to be better than this.

If I could give this place less than one star I would. I sent back an item, and instead of putting a credit on my card, they gave me a store credit without notifying me. When I finally realized I had no credit for the return item, I contacted them. Customer service had me on the phone for over an hour before telling me I would have to send an email because they are too busy. I sent them an email asking about my credit, only to be told that they gave me a store credit. I was not happy but ok I guess I could live with that. The issue was that the store credit expired, because I never knew I had a credit. I was then told I would have to contact the state of Illinois for unclaimed funds in order to get my refund, even though they had the returned product. Can you believe that crap. They do it on purpose. I would never use this company. Their product is crap and their customer service is even worse.
