I received my documents in time for my travel to Europe, but these ESA documents don’t apply to European airline travel. Hoping it’s accepted on the train in Europe.

UPDATE: I received my ESA letter after 11 days, multiple emails, and a phone call. It was a very stressful and anxiety inducing process. I hope no one else has to go through all of this to get a letter. If Supportpets.com is unable to provide assistance in 24-48 hours due to having so many customers, they need to remove that promise from their website. If it said service in a week, I could have waited a week. It is not a scam, but I will not recommend this website. -------‐-------------- On 8/20/23 I applied for an ESA certificate for my cat. She was approved after taking a survey. I was supposed to receive the certificate in 24-48hrs. After 48hrs, I only had email solicitations for more purchases. Nothing was in my spam folder. I emailed customer service. They said it will be 24-48hrs to hear back... nothing. I emailed again after 48hrs, now they say it has escalated and it will be 5-7days. Instead of waiting the full 7dys, I called on 8/29 and they are saying 1-3days now and they don't see that my cat has been approved. After 3 days if this isn't resolved I'm going to report it as fraud. The initial email said she was approved and I would get the certificate in 24-48hrs. It has been 8 days since my purchase. I don't understand how they are replying to the bad reviews but not helping the customers. I will also file a complaint with BBB.org. I'm beginning to wonder if the 5 star reviews are fake?!?!?
