Quick response and ease of process

This process was fast and I got everything done in the timeframe that I needed it.

I was able to rent new place without pet fees and enjoy lower cost of move-in and no monthly expenses for having a pet in home. The company has done everything as described and provided valuable information on their website. I recommend this to anyone who has pets and you will not be disappointed. I wish I knew about this many years ago!

They suck...they take forever, they are impossible to reach...getting your product takes 2-3 months at the earliest...their phone customer service is the absolute worst...they charge you one price (usually higher), and then right after you pay they start sending you emails for cheaper rates than what they offered you, and you get those emails daily....3 months now and I still have no products, but I paid in full....avoid this company at all costs. ***Update***10/5/2023 They just responded with a generic blanket answer...they said they could not help me because my review didn't have my personal ID numbers and data inside of it (so they can "look into it")...like I'm going to post my personal info here....SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!...they are not willing to help, and their response to my review should display that for you....they say they are here to help, but they are not...proof is right here...they have done NOTHING...3 months and no product...they say that they respond to every review, then where is my response for my original post on 9/20/2023???...so we know that is also a lie....here, scammers...here is my ID#ESA3691497233...now what's your excuse for not doing your job??? ***Update*** 10/3/2023 I wrote this review nearly 2 weeks ago and still no response or anything they keep promising me over the phone. I have also noticed that they are really good at responding to reviews like within a day or 2 of the original posting...my review was nearly 2 weeks ago and not a damn word from them...everyone says they are here to help, but no help ever actually arrives...no tracking number, no apologies, no refunds, no product, no giving a DAMN, no one reaching out to me,....why should they? Their customers have emotional needs...their customers are more than likely to write off what they paid for to avoid the undue emotional stress this company is giving their customers....so instead of supporting their customers emotional needs, they pray on it...for what?...your hopes that they will deliver is worth just under $200 to you....but to them it's 100% profit, and a complete loss to you...hey, buy it or don't, but don't say you haven't been warned...me on the other hand, I'm dedicating all of my free time for the next 3 months to delivering an onslaught of negative reviews, and destroying what little reputation they can hang on to....toy with me, and you will have a very OCD patient hell bent on bringing your little scam down....SCAM!! SCAM!!! SCAM!!!

Support Pets took my money but didn't provide the ESA letter in the 24-48 hour time frame promised. I contacted customer service and was told someone would get back to me in 24-48 hours about it. That never happened. I contacted them again to say that I wanted my letter by 9/18 or I would report the credit card charge as fraudulant. Zero response. This is a scam and I reported it as such. UPDATE:10-2-23 .... Only AFTER my negative review was verified (I provided proof of my experience to TrustPilot) did SP get back to me. Too little, too late. I wouldn't trust them even if they offered the ESA letter for free.
