Support Pets website was easy to maneuver through and understand while applying for approval. There after, their team remained in open contact with me until and even after I received my ESA letters. Thank you everyone at Support Pets!

At first, I had a very hard time having to add a pet into their system. Their support people ended up helping me after I was so upset and confused on how to switch from household pet to a support pet. Not a good explanation of how to change over.

Hello! Thanks for your review. What makes an Emotional Support Animal is the necessity of the owner to have one. An emotional support animal (ESA) provides love, affection, compassion, and support to a specific person with a diagnosed mental or emotional condition. They do not perform a specific task or job; instead, their purpose is to offer relief in challenging situations. If you have any doubts, please just reach out via social media or customer support. We are here to help. Thanks for trusting and choosing us

It was quick to get answers. I didn’t have to pay anything to get answer. You pay only if you get approved. My dogs mean everything to me.
