I got through the process quickly and easily. The price was great compared to similar websites and in person therapy.

Application was relatively easy, my ESA puppy is enjoying his time with me as we conduct business thru the day. He's licensed, chipped, registered and proud to sport his Red ESA vest in public.

Very efficient and easy; just a bit too much of up sales.

The papers you gave me were perfect! The apartment building said "No". I need more proof for them, but they keep making up their requirements as we go along. They are still charging me. I now need to go to my doctor and have more questions answered. I thought there are laws about patient/doctor rights. It's for my babyboy, 1 very good clean cat.

Hello there! Thanks for your review! With the Fair Housing Act, a person who is doctor approved to have an ESA must be offered reasonable accommodations. There are very few exceptions to this rule. Your ESA approval allows you to bypass breed and size restrictions, and not be forced to pay additional rent and/or pet security deposits. Feel free to contact our customer support and representative will assist you and clear any doubts. We wish you the very best
