Very easy process, easy transaction, got my documents very quickly. But.....I guess I wasn't thinking correctly, because I thought I was paying to be able to take my dog anywhere I go, only to find out I would have to pay even more money to have my dog trained as a service dog. Only then, could I take her anywhere with me. Otherwise, just as an emotional support animal only, it allows you to be able to have a dog in apartments and places they don't normally allow dogs. Wish I knew all this before I paid all that money. Not exactly sure of the date of my experience, but I think it was August of 2023

I paid for documents and the extra package for harness and other pet supplies on 9/8/23. I never heard from anyone about status and it’s 10/23. I emailed requesting a refund late September with no response. That is a 0 stars from me. I reached out to my credit card company to dispute the charges and then a few days later I got my refund and the customer service emailed me the confirmation of my request. I will give 1 star for giving me my money back, even though I had to reach out to my CC company for it.

Edit to response: Are you honestly saying that I grossly misspelled my own name?? It must happen often if you have it stated on your page and in your emails that you will correct people’s names if misspelled. Honestly, horrible customer service all around. I moved states and hadn’t had time to find a new provider. The new apartment wouldn’t accept my out of state doctor’s note so I used Support Pets. I was approved within 48 hours. My name was misspelled. The grammar was horrible throughout the letter. It was very clear the writer was non-English speaking. I wrote back and asked for my name to be spelled correctly. That was 5 days ago. I’m still waiting. I’ve had to delay my move-in date because I can’t get an answer from Support Pets.

This helped me tremendously. I had it in 48 hours and my dog was accepted and I am not being charged a pet deposit or a monthly pet fee. They prepare you for travel, housing, and for anything else. Licensed doc with NPI # available. These are REAL docs. Would definitely use them again. They are the real deal. Do NOT go to anyone else.

It is a waste of time and money, my landlord rejected the letter for being unreliable, and the website does not show policy details, so it is an advertisement that does not show why you will not get your money back. At this point, they told me that they would only refund 50% of the money. Based on this I will file a complaint on the BBB.

The form that they send you can literally be found on google with the exact same doctor listed. There is no personalization to the form besides your name and the name of your pet. The doctor listed is not even a doctor in my state and the form was not accepted by for landlord. They are giving me the run around in regard to a refund even though the form I was given was not accepted. 0/10 services. Try and more reputable one. (:
