It was very easy to answer the question. They are relevant to what is needed. It was quick. Response was quick I knew within 48hrs I was approved. Then got emails of paperwork needed. It was a few weeks before vest came. Very nice vest!

I love support pets!
I love support pets! While they do not always get back to you as quickly as you would hope, they are consistent with their follow through and any issues that you might be having get resolved. I ordered the wrong size vest for my ESA dog and there is a new one on its way to me now. Awesome!!!

Misleading advertising
Support Pets YouTube ads are extremely misleading - ESAs are not service animals and cannot go "almost anywhere" as Support Pets ad claims. This idea that ESAs have access to so many public places is detrimental to people who have documented disabilities and need mobility help, medical alert help, etc from a trained service animal. If Support Pets can spread this misinformation, I personally would not want to support them, and I would not trust them because they have shown that they either don't understand ESA laws, or they do understand the laws and they just don't care and will say anything to get more business.

Besides the short ad, we have a huge amount of data on our site explaining every detail about our company and service. We understand the differentiation between ESAs and service animals, since we work with ESAs and PSDs. We would also like to confirm that our ads are very explicit about the subject being ESAs, not service animals. Our advertising efforts aim to provide a legitimate service by connecting individuals with licensed mental health professionals who can determine the eligibility of an ESA letter, following the guidelines set by the law. I got my documents but I haven’t received my dogs vest or pendant that I paid for.

Hello! Physical items as the vest, ID cards and tags are sent within 4 to 6 weeks. The shipping company will send the tracking number via e-mail. If you have any doubts or need assistance, please contact our customer support and a representative will always be there to assist you Thanks
