I received everything in good time in June 2023 however the Support Vest was an X-Small a tad too small, I returned it to the address they gave me per phone call, it’s been almost 4 months. I have called Numerous Times and they say they have taken care of it and will mail me the next size up which would be a Small ~ well now I call and No Matter what option number I press I’m not able to talk to a representative. In the Numerous times I’ve called I’ve asked if they would just send me back the X-Small and they say that they will but they haven’t, I believe they see my phone number when I’m talking to them because they already know my name etc. I paid for it and even said I would pay to have it mailed to me and they are very kind and say that wouldn’t be necessary since I have already paid and even paid to send the X-Small back ……………. Still waiting ………. 🤔
